This works! People are afraid of the threat of rain as spring comes and we get ready to clean windows. I'm sure you all tell them it should not matter and to think of window cleaning as maintance... As of last year, and what seemed like a bit of a joke, I started to sell window cleaning insurance. I charge an extra 65 to 95 a house to come back if the rain makes a noticable effect over the next 30 days , and better, it only covers 1 stack in the main areas of the home. This extra fee is nothing to the average client and it's absolute piece of mind. I bet I only had to return 10 or so times to stay for maybe 30 minutes and a cold one. I live close to my work so it works
